A human morning routine dataset

چکیده
To be able to evaluate and compare the quality of different approaches in research, general and publicly available datasets are needed. While in some areas, there exists a variety of such datasets that are constantly used by researchers, in the area of activity recognition and human activity modelling, the number of publicly available datasets is rather small. In this extended abstract, we introduce a new dataset that captures several typical activities of a human morning routine of a single male person that includes motion tracking data for the person and objects from real sensors and a simulation as well as ground truth information in the form of diary notes. The dataset is intended to ease comparison between different approaches in the afrementioned research areas and free researchers from the time-consuming task of recording new datasets.

Use of songs to promote independence in morning greeting routines for young children with autism.
This study evaluated the effects of individually composed songs on the independent behaviors of two young children with autism during the morning greeting/entry routine into their inclusive classrooms. A music therapist composed a song for each child related to the steps of the morning greeting routine and taught the children's teachers to sing the songs during the routine. The effects were eva...

OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to examine the temporal occurrence and severity of inadequate attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) symptom control throughout the day, and, more specifically, the frequency and severity of associated functional impairments and their apparent emotional impact on parents and caregivers during the early morning routine before school, in children a...
متن کاملChronotype differences in circadian rhythms of temperature, melatonin, and sleepiness as measured in a modified constant routine protocol
Evening chronotypes typically have sleep patterns timed 2-3 hours later than morning chronotypes. Ambulatory studies have suggested that differences in the timing of underlying circadian rhythms as a cause of the sleep period differences. However, differences in endogenous circadian rhythms are best explored in laboratory protocols such as the constant routine. We used a 27-hour modified consta...
متن کاملImpact of Human Error Modeling on Failure Rate and Optimum Routine Test Interval of Protection System
Power systems should have acceptable reliability in order to operate properly. Highly available and dependable protective relays help to obtain the desirable reliability. The relays should be periodically evaluated during specific intervals to achieve the mentioned characteristics. The Routine Test Interval (RTI) should be optimized in order to economically maximize the reliability of the prote...

OBJECTIVE To assess the effect of overnight insulin pump suspension in an automated predictive low glucose suspend system on morning blood glucose and ketone levels in an attempt to determine whether routine measurement of ketone levels is useful when a closed-loop system that suspends insulin delivery overnight is being used. RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS Data from an in-home randomized trial ...
